Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.


Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please contact us at info@mazoze.com. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
